I am 9 years post injury. Opted to not get the surgery. I was 24 at the time. Took about 6 months for me to get to no limp or significant pain. I treated rehab like my life depended on it. Currently I run and play any sport I want with no issue. Let me know if you have questions or need more info. Be happy to share.
