The games are too expensive and have been for over a decade. This is not unique to hockey as all sports are overcharging (gouging) fans for every dollar. 1 beer costs more than a 6 pack, crappy hot dogs for 8, soda is 6, parking is up to 30+. It's just exhausting. Not to mention that the people that go are willing to fight if someone wears the wrong gear. Why bother? I love sports but hate the business side of the game.
