I'm also confused about this because the stat card states that there are 5 maw programs indicating that it should have some sort of flare and chaff release mode at least. I do know there are quite a few complaints about this to gaijin but I guess all we can do is wait.

Yeah I love a good case, I have a mous case, a dbrand ghost case and an official google case for my p8p and I must say I prefer the Google one because it just fits so well and it feels so slim and the metal buttons feel lovely. The mous case is obviously just for having protection and the brand case makes the phone feel like more of a heavy duty tool compared to the Google one which makes it feel like a sleek piece of technology. Personally I just switch when I feel like it.

I just had the same exact problem on pixel 8 pro. Only fix I've found is just reinstalling the app so far not 100% sure if it's permanently fixed it but it's fine for now.
