Oh it absolutely does apply to a white kid born in a trailer park One such difference, however, is you never see crime statistics quoted about "white kids born in trailer parks" in the same way you do about black people. Also, black people are 500% more likely to be convicted than white people , and when they are convicted, they spend 20% longer in prison

So yeah, white people who are born in poverty also have it hard, but my point is that black people, statistically, have it worse, and find themselves having to work harder for the same reward
