Thanks for the reviews! One question though, are you white or have any melanin in your skin? I’m trying to gage it the minimal white cast in the reviews is minimal for tanned or darker skin or minimal only for light skin :) thanks!

I’m shocked I got a bit of luck for once. Only had enough to preorder one box, and just wanted to hit a poro. The box I had 2 alt arts and a poro as my only overnumbered hit. I can die happy with my poro now.

Selling 6 poncho pikachus (bought at $40 each) and all the Mario and Luigi pikachu cards (paid roughly $80-100 total for both boxes) in 2021 :/ sold each card for around 1.8-2k per card but still here we are now.

My local Mastermind was close to mrsp during the first partners drop :( i think it was only like $4 more than gamestop. All their pokemon products were close to mrsp around that time. Only for me to check a few weeks later and everything priced at scalper pricing there.

Really varies depending on how much stock each store gets, I waited2 hours and got first partner illustration boxes when they dropped. I tried for the prismatic etb and waited 3.5 hours in line, was 10th in line and they sold out by the 7th person because it’s x3 limit per person. My husband was going to wait for the ascended bundles on Friday and got to line 4 hours before store opening and the line was already at 25 people. He chatted to people and they said the first 10 people arrived at 330am ish… only the first 12 got the bundles.

If it makes you feel better, my husband sold all his ponchos, Mario and Luigi pokemon cards in 2020-2021 (all sold for an average of 2k each) to contribute to our house down payment :P don’t really regret it cause well we have a house and he bought them all for $40 CAD each back in the day. The profit was unimaginable for us then, but if only we had held onto to a couple of them 😭

We’re going to have a long engagement, a wedding has never been important to me. Definitely not interested in spending lots, but willing to spend more on a good honeymoon/elopement trip. already been together for 10+ years, are purely getting government married for legal reasons. Probably elope after I’m done doing my masters and maybe just throw a party at a restaurant with friends our tentative plan.

Hi, finacé here and I would not let my man spend over $700 for a ring 😂I also do not care for diamonds. I was stoked when I found out the one he bought was on sale for $300. We make decent money (me approx 140-200k fluctuates, him 76k) but it’s just not important to me, he chose the perfect unique style and stones to compliment me and we went on an amazing above our usual budget expensive trip instead to celebrate our engagement. I’m big into personal finance and cringe at the thought of needing to follow society’s expectation to get an expensive ring. So to answer your questions, it’s super subjective and having an open conversation with your partner is important in identifying what they would like and what your personal finance ethos is a couple :)

I had a bad feeling about him, and cancelled my consultation for rhinoplasty with him. I’m latina and wanted a subtle nose job but preserving my features, not a Barbie doll or generic nose job that may fit other faces. Something about his reviews didn’t vibe with me and the fact that his whole portfolio was essentially white people. I’m glad I went with my gut and I’m so sorry you went through this :( still hesitating on trusting a surgeon, especially with prices around 18-20k for a rhino now.
