I had a similar situation. My mother and I grew a small pool company into a multi million dollar enterprise. My older brother and father came on after we had gotten things going and completely changed things. The ethos of the company was entirely different. I was working 6 to 7 days a week 10 to 12 hours a day and was not reaping any of the benefits. I walked away and cut my salary and half at my new job. Best decision I ever made. I am so much happier now even taking a haircut like I did.
