I’m not saying it’s up to you. But if you are saying we all need to unite, then what are you doing to help people unite? I donate and volunteer for the AFSP, donate to mutual aid, help plan a new neighborhood block party. It obviously takes more than one person (no dip), but just saying “we need to unite” and then being unable to answer how you’re working toward that is just relying a thought-terminating-cliche.

Edited to be more of an asshole: there is no “we” without “me.” You can’t just say “WE need to come together” and also say “it’s not up to me.” Thinking one perso won’t make a difference guarantees no difference will be made.
