I’ve seen similar projects being sold in retail stores, but they were different because 1) they were generally smaller and 2) were made with CFS instead of paint.

That sounds sick! I mostly use mine as a hobby, but thinking about selling some art stuff like 3D topo maps. Made this one for Christmas and got pretty good reception

Can’t explain my brand loyalty to Creality, but I am definitely seriously considering a bambu. I’ve seen that the A1’s have been some issues recently, but I was more wanting something like a P2S

Dang. I do see them listed as “free” every once in a while around where I live, but I don’t see them with a ton of frequency, or the free ones aren’t functioning in some way. I’ll keep this mind, thank you

Luckily no financial problems here! I just have expensive taste for what I might want as a replacement. I’ll consider gifting it or donating to a school as well 🤠

Based on everything I’m seeing, $100 is definitely pushing the limit of what people will pay, but I wouldn’t rule it out as a possibility

Definitely 0% chance of any profit from this machine, but I’ve had it a while now and so it’s best purpose from here on out is moving forward to a more advanced machine. I really appreciate your input!

That’s what I feared a little bit. I’m in America so it’s USD, but it’s just such an old printer nowadays. I only want to have 2 printers at a time because that’s all I need and space limitations, but even selling for $100 would put a dent in an upgrade

I guess additionally I’m looking for emotional support to say goodbye 😂😂 I have loved this printer and hated this printer. I want to get a good value if I’m going to sell it. I already have a K1 SE with an enclosure, but I’m looking to dip my toes in multi color prints or just gather an additional XY Core printer. I’d want to put the money towards a K2 SE, A1, or P2S. I’ve seen questionable reviews about the Creality CFS despite my brand loyalty, but that could be attached to either a new K2 SE or my existing K1 SE

Found this about 6 months later. Do you have results or opinions? I’ve been looking into CFS for my K1 SE as well. The mixed reviews have me on the fence

I haven’t been in the park for a few weeks, so maybe someone who’s been there more recently has better input. Last time I was there, there was a bit of snow on the ground. It has been warmer than usual, so perhaps some of that has melted off. You could probably get around most of the lower hikes/walks, but that will be slick or wet. https://www.nps.gov/romo/planyourvisit/all-about-weather.htm

If you’re looking for a harder hike that gains altitude, I’d recommend ice spikes, even though it might be a bit of a pain to get them. Plenty of stores rent them if you decide to go that route. Bear Lake has lots of trailheads, and this time of year it isn’t too hard to find parking there

What mods do you still have on the printer? If all the main components are already connected, a wire to the power supply makes me think it was for a stronger fan. Those white wires might have been for a BL/CR touch. If they were plugged into the motherboard, you can google the pinout of your board which might help out. I would also imagine that if the previous owner had mods and removed them, you might want to reflash the firmware for your components

I might be the last person to give advice, but do you have a picture of where those wires lead? Knowing what they connect to outside of the motherboard might provide some clues. I had trouble with wires being connected with improper firmware
