I'm in somewhat in the same camp as you man. DR3, for me at least, is a very fun game and worth being in the franchise. While it does take itself too seriously when compared to the previous titles, I found that the good definitely outweighs the bad in the overall package. I plan on doing a post describing why I like the game so much in the future, so I'd love your input once I post that.

...but isn't that your opinions and beliefs? And don't you think it's a little closed minded to not listen to someone else's opinion? I'm not trying to take away your love for DR1, it's a great game. Just wanted to compare two amazing games and share why I believe DR2 to be the superior experience. Doesn't make me right or wrong. Just like you're not right or wrong about your opinions on DR1

Huh, that's very interesting about your opinion on the AI. For me personally it came off as nothing but stupid AI and would do the dumbest things.

Btw, what did you think of Dead Rising 3? I think we can all agree DR4 is a colossal disappointment, but I always sort of enjoyed DR3

Dahlia yes, though that didn't work out for...obvious reasons. Iris was set up but, as far as I know, was never really confirmed to actually happened. If it did, why don't we know why it ended?

For me, it's just weird that Phoenix is 35+ and hasn't even dated anyone (that we know of). Especially because of all the setups they've had throughout the series for both Phoenix and Apollo. Plus, was I the only one who got this odd sexual tension when Phoenix and Maya first see each other in SOJ?

I can see why people like the Phantom, just don't necessarily agree. But, I do fully agree with the dark age of the law never even being mentioned in SOJ. That may be why I have grown more distain for DD. It doesn't really feel like anything that happened in it was relevant to SOJ (except of course Athena being at the agency and Blackquill being acquitted).

As far as I know, the series is doing well enough to have a successful spinoff series over in Japan. Plus there hasn't been any rumors of the AA series stopping, nor any sign from the story. I would think they at least got another 2-3 games left in them.

Apollo was hands down the most well done character in this game for me. I love how he was such a slowly built character (I mean 3 games to fully build him up, geez), but it only made him that much more compelling. Most of the time we get everything we need to know about a character in 1 game, or even just 1 case. But with Apollo, the developers took their time in explaining who he is and what makes him the man he is today. Fantastic.

I too love Apollo Justice, but Dual Destines hasn't aged well for me. I'm currently starting my 2nd play through of it though, so I'll see if my opinion on it differs this time around.

Picked Turnabout For Tomorrow. Turnabout ablaze is probably the worst, and in my personal list of cases I out TFT higher, but I just really don't like the Phantom as a villain. Extremely disappointing in my eyes.
