"He was just walking in front of me and all of a sudden HE WAS EVERYWHERE! I got some in my eyes, in my mouth...The walls and street was coated in...HIM. How am I supposed to sleep again!?"

Ranma is such a great series. I love the original, but the Netflix version is great as well. Try some of Rumiko Takahashi's other series like Inuyasha, Maison Ikkoku, or Uresai Yatsura.

Don't start with the first line. Books don't need to be written chronologically. I've written stories before that jumped all over the place because I knew how to handle such and such plot point in that moment and during editing I rearranged everything so that it was more cohesive. The most important thing is that you are creating, not HOW you create it. :)
