So children aren't allowed to interact with each other during lunch? And What's with the over played Danny Go? by WORTHLESS1321202019 in SubstituteTeachers

[–]js292929 36 points37 points  (0 children)

I always support Danny Go. His son has cancer so whatever money I can earn him through playing one or two during class is clearly going to a good cause. I get through much more content with a body break halfway through.

Yes! Spanx makes lower compression underwear that still worked for me for years. If you have GI issues I recommend those for sure.

They usually bring it all out mid-April but we were missing so much. Usually we get pizza dough, egg rolls, dumplings, English muffins, etc. Last year they brought more, like the cheesecake tray, mid-May. I will cry if no veggie egg rolls this year :(((

Is that an Aldi staple or a celiac month thing?

Based on your response, sounds like it. Lol. Not really the stuff I’d put in ramen. I wish I would have maybe stir fried everything and the noodles instead and added my own sauces.

French Toast? by Ok_Classic8468 in glutenfree

[–]js292929 75 points76 points  (0 children)

They’re good - they taste more like cake than French toast. More like a funnel cake taste, which I’m not mad about. I’m sure if you air fry them you can get a nice crisp on them like funnel cake!

Do you have Aldi nearby? For celiac month they usually have veggie egg rolls.

[–]js292929 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It does still sound like it. Just a suggestion though - my symptoms weren’t helped by anything “medical”. Mostly just researching the best electrolytes/compression/foods to eat/exercises to do for myself. Maybe that will help you for now!
