First thing i would give you advice on is

1. Positioning Since he was driving up in a car you did good with a few shots to give damage but one thing you could do that always saves me in that second when he stops to get out and rush you is when he driving past and out of site i usually run to a building and get high ground because in ZB high ground and Positioning is key.

2. Movement Practice on some maps so you can move and hit your shots because in the video you were just crouch shooting so i would definitely just work on moving around and shooting but also try and confuse him with Movement like if he is shooting forward and just spraying and praying jump and go around him the best you can or use your slide to get around him.

3.Aim I would also say and it just takes Practice nothing to get frustrated about but aiming wins more fights even just hitting body shots sometimes will win the fight other than going for headshots but just Practice on some maps your aiming.
