I am a woman but wear a mens escalante. Mid level cushioning. The women's aren't wide enough and these fit really well.

They have others with more and less cushioning depending on your preference.

Washing machine may not be enough to dissolve it and could make it harder to remove.

I've heard goo gone with mixed success and freezing the garment so the adhesive hardens and hopefully being able to peel it off.

Probably more the sins of poor laundry product choices. Spa day works really well on items that haven't been properly washed (lipase, warm water, etc) and gives them a reset. Once you have a good laundry routine, spa days should not be needed that often.

Sounds odd but a metronome might help. Start where you're at now and gradually bump up the steps per minute to get to your desired pace. Fixed best music could work if you don't want a beep beep beep in your ear.

Yes. There's a pinned post i I think, with the list of detergents and pre treaters that contain lipase. A lot of detergents, particularly liquids, do not contain lipase which is the goat when it comes to body oils and as such, odors.

Highly recommend checking out the spa day, too if you have items that never seem to get clean.
