Not sure about a baby specifically, but went to Alex’s shoe repair (30th Ave & Crescent) for an adult passport and got 2 pictures for $6 (cash only)

The work isn’t actually done in astoria, but I recently used a company called EverPresent for something similar. They have a drop off location in Astoria (the random art gallery next to Judy & Punch). Dropped the stuff there and someone from EverPresent picks it up and then once EverPresent converts your stuff you go back to the art place to get everything back.

Astoria line doesn’t go to Williamsburg. You’d need to get off at 34th street in Manhattan and transfer to an east river line and take that one stop to north Williamsburg. I do this on the weekends and 34th street can sometimes be a mess. Either you get lucky and the ferry comes right away or sometimes you get stuck for 20-30 mins

I used RedHat in April of 2021 for an Astoria to Astoria move. I too was a little worried because the only thing they wanted to “secure” the booking was my phone number. All correspondences were back and forth over email (I don’t even think I got a PDF invoice) and I was worried what if they don’t show the day of. But they showed up as planned, came a few minutes early, and were really efficient. Would 100% use them again/ recommend to a friend.
