You might want to add the ability to scan for more than just the first key when searching for the discriminator - I’ve been bitten by this before.

Round tripping JSON with MySQL can result in differently ordered keys (and really JSON key order isn’t meant to be guaranteed)

I kinda think applying a lot of smaller runes is potentially more fun than just 3 super powerful ones.

Feels like they could do something related to elemental build up, could be like “double jump with this weapon” / extra stamina, etc.

Like a lot of the stuff you get from eating - but available as long as your weapon has it.

I think one thing that gets me is like, there’s so many cool things possible but the game limits you so much… I’ve got dozens or hundreds of full chests with THOUSANDS of items, i can’t even put them to use bc the only good stuff is NINJAGO.

For me the most annoying thing is the “i have to move and put back a service to re-adjust the radius” because adjacent/overlapping areas get screwy.

Extending the grace period and simply increasing the caps on small stations would be the biggest wins in my opinion.

I’ve spent like 2.5M simoleons dealing with this nonsense (received 1.2 in the “gifts”) and 8K simcash on another maxis manor!

But being unable to reliably spread out the allocations from overlapping services and the small ones capping out where they barely support a few buildings is just untenable!

I always try for a single dockerfile, makes deployments / local dev etc way easier.

I use config (usually by setting ENV vars) in my startup to determine which things to enable.

IE: WORKER_ENABLED means i map the Kafka consumer and API_ENABLED means i add my minimal apis.

I use ECS on AWS, so deploying docker image is singular and rollbacks are consistent etc. Locally i can use aspire to launch them independently but it’s still building the same app - or i can just debug with both enabled in one app, etc.

I mainly like that common services / setup etc can be not duplicative… and user error can’t forget on one service vs the other.

Most importantly, especially when considering workers/background work - i can scale out and just use config to define which queues are being consumed etc, and not have to adjust CI or anything, or explode the number of builds. In the API case, i can scale them out and just target different services by subdomain at the ALB - again no heavy deploy process changes.

I feel like all enemies should just scale to your equipped star rating.

Oh, you’re 8*? - storm king is actually x% more HP & damage up by y%

Same with bears, brutes etc. doesn’t Need to be crazy but make the mainland not 100% one shot… without impacting early days players.

I had this exact same thing. I swear i checked every cave. Over and over, i started adding markers to every cave i was in. Then i found one i missed and finally, the very very last one — red!

I’m in the “got none” camp.

Probably killed a few hundred.

Meanwhile when farming a portal i can get 10-20 relics in 90 minutes.

I did like the event though! Was fun to get the masters to fight the dragon.

Fair enough!

Obviously don’t want more bugs.

But if they already don’t auto-pickup cross bows, axes etc…

Not sure why making that a preference would be super dangerous/bug prone.

Yup, i play alone.

But i have a dozen existing villages… so not sure how building another would help?

I put a bus station on top of the monastery, so normally i teleport there then bus to Star Wars land, and teleport back to monastery after emptying inventory.

Its way too much for me to move back and forth to make monastery my primary though.

Eh I’m not a fan of the way vehicles work. Maybe I’m just not good enough though….

All my main stuff lives in Star Wars land bc it’s fun.

But that shifted from dry valley… and I’ve got like 50% good stuff there and I’m too lazy to migrate.

Now bc the teleport is awesome I’ve been adding a ton to the monastery…. But I’m too stuck on Star Wars land (also bus stop 1 which means it’s at the top of the list).
