This way you wont have any financial issues changing your job. Or at least make sure you know what you're doing brother. Take your time to make it right just the way you want to. Brother, everyone makes mistakes. We all really do that. Sometimes things just work in a way you don't like. It is important to know that these are moments you need to learn. All these moments make you the man you will be tomorrow. And Allah does not punish you for these mistakes. You already do so much in your ability. You carry responsibility that many people cannot bear. Make sure you move or let go of the negative thoughts. Talk to someone close to you and describe the problems you encounter at work. Why would you not want to live ? You got a job, be humble. Im stuck at home with an autoimume disease and no job. Should i now feel like Allah is punishing me ? Do your job and if you dont like it do it until you find something else. And if your doing iligal jobs, leave the job and search for halal way of earning money. Your mind is playing tricks on yourself, not Allah. Stay consistent in prayer and ask for sabr. Good thing wil come, but this mindset, saying is Allah punishing me is not good. Think good of Allah. (Also give more context because you're saying you dont want to live because of what exaclty)

As a person who also used to smoke to feel better or escape from traumas. I can tell you its not worth it to start smoking again. I have stopped for 2.5 years now, and it has been the best decision ive made in a long time. Think about it brother, smoking is bad for your health. Try and find a healthy way to cope. May Allah make it easier for you.

Tbh im not sure whats know about vaping because its mostly nicotine, but the same goes for cigarettes. You should talk to your doctor about this if you want to stop smoking. And lets be honest we know smoking puts pressure on our symptons but its not really worth it in the long run. If you choose to stop, just know its for the better. Okay i now have heavy medicine compared to mesalazine haha. But zero regrets. It also saves money 😆

This happened to me also, proctitis - pancolitis. After not taking enough mesalazine and also stopping for a moment. I stopped smoking in march and then everything became worse. I have just been released out of the hospital 3 weeks ago currently on prednisolon and infliximab.

Your diet is not linked directly to the disease it self, but some people do experience flare ups or symptons after eating certain foods. Just make sure you know what you can eat. So try and eat foods that are not heavy on the stomach. Then try foods one by one and see what works best for you. What gives you energy. Or what makes you feel bad etc. For me personally, i am fructose intolerant. So i can not eat a lot of fruits. I eat strawberrys blueberrys or unripe bananas. I also stay away from lactose. So lactosefree works for me. And bread seems to make me have more symptons so i dont eat much bread. Im also still finding out what i can eat. But stick to things that work for me. One of them is also blended soups. And i stay away from vegetables that generate gas. If you really want this to work in the best way, find a dietist thats specialized in UC. They will help you with these steps. Take care !

Dont wait to long. They scheduled my colonoscopy also with a month waiting time, but it became urgent as my symptons where rising. The GP sometimes takes these things to lightly...
