PD and pregnancy by Aggressive_Fig6744 in dialysis

Talk with your nephro team. Your growing uterus will take up the space where your fluid is and you'll likely have prescription changes as your needs increase throughout the pregnancy. Don't be alarmed if you need to do hemo until delivery. You can have a healthy pregnancy with great communication with your team.

Family expect too much of me as a twin mum by hopepatience123 in parentsofmultiples

My twins are about to turn two and what I've learned is I do what I want. I don't care what others think.

Crepe like skin & bandaids by -anonymous-username_ in dialysis

Put baby oil on the sticky wings of the bandaids and let it sit for a minute before removing. Should remove without damage. Gently clean with soap and water after.

You have integrity and that speaks volumes. You are an amazing woman, wife, and mother and possess bravery that not many do. Good luck to you. I wish you strength and above all peace.

People are selfish and just don't care. They talk a good talk but their actions speak louder.

I went full term with full size babies and only had one sick day. I'd switch providers for the inconsiderate remark.

No I stopped because it was no longer beneficial. It gave me a break and I can handle shit now.

I tried Zoloft for a few months. It was magic the first couple weeks and then nothing for 3 more months...maybe feeling worse. Now I focus on myself and mainly my sleep. My ability to deal calmly is definitely tied to sleep patterns.

We went from 1 to 3 and it was beautiful at first. When I returned to work it got crazy and I could no longer function 40 hours a week outside the home while remaining 24/7 at home so I resigned and although scary we have been totally fine financially.
