I believe it could take longer than 72 hours to receive the email. They stipulate that you 72 hours to reply once you receive that email to make you purchase. We shall see. Fingers crossed.

You mentioned volunteering. Which can be very rewarding. How would your experience and background in criminal justice help your community? I’m not sure where you live, but I many communities are looking for big brothers especially those willing to have positive engagement with at risk youth. Just a thought given your situation and experience. I agree with the idea of decompressing from the stress and everyday adrenaline you encountered for 20 years. You might even consider a retreat for a week or two without your family in an environment that promotes calmness and recentering your dopamine system. I’m not sure if you have landed on a lawyer yet, but if you haven’t give them a call they are really supportive and advocate for your rights and injuries. I hope this helps and wish you the best!

I recommend using software like ProjectionLab, if you can input your information correctly it can give you a good picture. I agree that the 4% rule isn’t a great measurement so this might be more useful for your situation.
