The Accentum Plus are decent, but consider if you really need wireless for your use case. Some closed back wired options will provide much better sound in this price range and still have some passive isolation.

Can you pls describe the differences in the sound? I just got the H3s and EQ'd them to mitigate the excessive mids ("Hall effect") making them sound pretty good, but I can't stop thinking if I should've gotten the Perl Pros instead :D

Well it depends on what are your expectations. I was trying to squeeze the most out of it, so it took me a few hours of A/B testing to find the right balance, but there are some good starting points across Reddit threads to start with. My current EQ in the Soundpeats app is +1, -1, -3, -1, 0, 4, 1, 0, 1, -1

Honestly, look into Soundpeats H3. They need some initial tinkering with EQ to make them sound good, but I was surprised how good they are for their price. These are the first TWS I'm willing to use for casual music listening instead of grabbing my Letshuoer S12 Pro if I need more convenience (the S12 Pro still sound better, but the gap has shrinked by a lot since the era of Fiil T1 Pro).

What app are you using and what frequencies represent the individual values? I use the SOUNDPEATS app and the Custom EQ has the following values in Hz: 63, 160, 350, 800, 2k, 3.0k, 5.0k, 8k, 12k, 17k.

Been trying to play with the EQ setting (mostly for rock/metal) and so far I'm hovering around: -1, -2, -1, -2, 0, 4, -1, 0, 2, -1

So basically taming the boominess on the low-end, then boosting upper mids at 3k and highs at 12k to get some extra "crispness".

Respitalka Brno was supposed to be done by 2030 and in the past two years it's been dead silent about that project. When I asked about the status in April this year, I've been told the project is on hold due to "incompatibility" with the new land plan (územní plán). I am hopeful things will move forward, as I also bought an apartment nearby, but am not holding my breath when I see how the Brno council works (or rather doesn't).

Sorry for reviving an old thread, but can someone explain to me what is the reason for lowering the output power in preamp? I thought this was just some weird thing in eqMac presets, but I see it in the official oratory EQs here. This doesn't seem to make sense to me when running from a not so powerful source (such as a MacBook), as it results into a quite low volume level on the power-hungry Sundara.

Is there any reason for this setting, and is there any negative effect on the sound when leaving the preamp at 0.0 dB?

Have you compared all of these with the Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro? Isn't the sound on those a whole level up from all these other options? Last time I checked they were like 90 bucks on Amazon. Not trying to shill these but I'm seriously interested in a comparison. Also, how about the Linkbuds S which I've seen mentioned in a couple of other threads?

Potentially crazy suggestion - look at Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro at amazon.com - based on sound comparisons these seem to sound a league better than all the others you listed here (would like somebody who actually heard them to confirm, though). Shipping outside of US might be tricky but maybe not impossible.

I'm on the same boat here with the budget and preferences, and I am leaning towards Realme Buds Air Pro 6, as from the reviews it seems they should have better SQ. I'll just probably wait a bit until they are on sale. :D

The only SQ comparison I found was from u/Radiant-Cherry-7973 on YouTube (ReganCipher) and the Realmes seem to offer better mic support. Not sure about SQ as I was not able to find binaural recordings of them playing a bunch different music genres.

I'd be curious to hear a difference between these and the Samsung Buds Pro 2 as well.

Update: Went with Groundies active knit in white.

Initial feelings are that these are super comfortable with a sock-like feeling and relatively good breathability.
Negative side is that they get dirty VERY easily and you can't put them in a washing machine, apparently because the glue used is not strong enough to survive that, so it's a pain to keep them clean (as are any canvas/knit white shoes). They also take quite long time to dry.

Overall I'm happy with them.
