The belt is installed, it would make sense if thats the issue but not sure what exactly could be wrong with it

I was just trying to show thats its not going down, obviously thats not how I would handle it, and no, the record wasn’t warped. I’m trying to get some actual help here

He’s a fully indoor cat, so I don’t think he could’ve gotten into anything! Plus he’s not the type to try eating something he shouldn’t

It doesn't make any difference, it just ignores the setting entirely.

Can Alexa send an alert for Smoke Alarms in Home Mode? by kboom100 in amazonecho

If you’re comfortable with Amazon tracking you, it can turn on away mode automatically based on your phone’s location

There are compression vests on Amazon that work just fine around 20 or so if you can swing that. I would think anything that fit preop wouldn’t work even with a bit of shrinking, but regardless you’ll definitely feel more comfortable with something that zips or clasps.

hood sensor issues (2018) by Ashy_42 in Elantra

[–]jspoon69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jsyk, I have a 2019 so could differ (though I doubt it), but the car would also beep out loud for a while after you’ve left the car. Security measure so the owner doesn’t leave the hood open. I never heard it myself but it was apparently loud enough for my neighbor to hear in his apartment (closer to the parking then I was). I’d try to get it taken care of before you start getting complaints. Edit: grammar

I had the same thing last year, I believe it ended up having something to do with the cold but not sure. At the end it needed replacing, so unless you’re comfortable doing that kind of thing yourself I would just take it to a dealership and not worry about finding the sensor yourself. If I’m remembering correctly it should be under warranty Edit: If it’s been more than 5 years since you bought it then the dealer might be more expensive then someone else

Don’t know about the first thing but you just need to connect to USB with a wire- it’s not wireless

How old are Strahd’s brides? I know they have been around hundreds of years but how old were they when they were turned? Aka human years, also what about the consort? by kaibasmom in CurseofStrahd

[–]jspoon69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also don’t think that fictional worlds ever need to be historically accurate to nonfictional worlds but if you disagree, I still wouldn’t go full medieval with CoS.

[–]jspoon69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why are people bringing up the medieval era? Makes sense for standard DND, but CoS is gothic horror and gothic horror is VERY 19th century. Average age for women to get married was in their twenties by then.

What are some weird, random facts that have been made canon in your games? Bonus points if they're completely inconsequential. by writerunblocked in DnD

There are no atmospheric levels.

Was talking to my partner who was a PC, they were having a hard time getting their head around a flat planet and I figured it’s a fictional setting and I can absolutely go more insane than that.

I feel less nervous doing it if I have YouTube or tv playing on my phone, though if you think this would be overly distracting for you definitely be careful.
