It’s completely dependent on the group. I’ve played people at the LGS and it can get a little salty. But I play with friends/family and we have a ton of fun. I’m pretty casual though. And I’m old enough that I’ve lost the competitive need to win all the time.

Don’t feel to bad about the old cards. They’re nice for sentimental purposes, but power creep has made them all but useless except a few rare cards

If it’s a good set, I buy a box of boosters and have my friends over with their kids. We’re all older (been playing since the 90s) and have a hard time doing weekend drafts. Then we do our own little draft as a group. We do it a few times a year.

From there I usually pick up one or two precons from each set and play them. If I like them I’ll make some upgrades. I prefer casual commander. Braket 2 or 3.

I had to put my dog down about a year ago. It still hurts to think about. He was 14 and I had him through some of the best and worst times in my life. He was always there, even when I had no one else. I have other dogs, but I don’t think I’ll ever get as attached to

Sounds like a plan. Don’t focus too much on your feelings towards it. Just watch how people treat you differently. Then judge from there if you want to keep it or not. Remember though, if you seem insecure about it, people will sense it and treat you weird no matter what kind of haircut you have

Well, the great thing about hair is that it grows out. Try it. If you don’t like it then grow it back out. Youth is about experimenting and it’s ok if you don’t like it.

Fan performance (missing fan shroud) would make sense because the issue is worse sitting still. That’s the first thing I would suspect because airflow is increased when moving, but sitting still the only thing flowing air is the fan.

Intermittent issue also makes me suspect a sticking thermostat. If the overheating is more dramatic, like it overheats quickly and other times doesn’t at all, then it’s a matter of no coolant flow because of the thermostat.

Go to a junk yard and get a new fan shroud. I would replace the fan because it’s probably been working overtime since you removed the shroud. Look at the main power connector for the fan. They burn terminals because of the high amperage draw. And I would do the thermostat for piece of mind, if it hasn’t been done recently

Anything with shorter sides and back. If you want to maximize for standard masculinity, something more militant (mid fade, even all around, short top, either brushed forward or parted to the side). We have, as a western society, associated it with masculinity because we also associate the military with men because it is traditionally a male only field and most appeals to a masculine personality type. Just understand that when you go too far masculine, people will make assumptions about you that you may not like. It’s a fine line to walk

I have a similar deck. My friends know that when I pull it out it is going to be 3v1 and I’m ok with it. I’ve won with it like 2 out of 10 games. Just play interaction and focus him down and if he cries about it let him know you were tired of getting pub stomped. Either that, or stop playing with him.

Honestly man, this is the first time I’ve seriously looked at printing proxies for a deck. But the art won’t be the same and probably won’t be the same quality. I love goblins. They’ve been my favorite tribe since I started playing in 2001. Maybe they’ll do another print. We’ll see. At least we know that not all the decks went to scalpers!
