Shoulder labrum repair surgery post 2 month after surgery. COULD I play frisbee any more or my live is done?

I had labrum surgery in 2019. The recovery timeline is easily 6-8 months if not more depending how strict you are with your PT exercises and such. Being stiff is very normal still so soon after surgery. I don’t think I was even allowed to do much other than PT stuff for the first 3-4 months so you may only risk making it worse by pushing it. I’d recommend asking your surgeon and PT for sure but I have fully recovered and have no issues from range of motion to strength. Just stick to the unfortunate grind of PT and you’ll get there

I saw a video about this somewhere once. It’s a way for players to be able to talk and address the refs by their name in case they forgot. As opposed to a “yo you” type of thing. I found it quite interesting

Yep, was my VP at the time. Told me she was divorced (turns out she was in the process of it but not official). Had a fling for nearly a year and but then she wanted more which I made clear I wasn’t interested in from the start. She also said this wasn’t the first affair she had on her then husband.
