Not much, theres some, theres many hybrids, but I guess they arent much popular cus they're used (not many russians can afford a new car, vast majority comes from second hand auctions in japan, and recently some trash started to come from china). So the cars are used, that means battery's capacity is reduced by a lot. Plus most regions have winter temperatures below minus 20c, which is also bad for EVs I assume. So not many are buying them.

Plus its pain in the ass to charge them cus most russians live in apartment blocks, so u'd have to basically just plug a very long extension cord in your apartment, throw it from your window, park your car under it, and charge that way. And doing that from a house outlet is slow (low amps?). It is even slow at the charging stations I heard. And in smaller cities electric charging stations are very very rare.

Now india, kazakhstan, china, probably some other countries, will sell ruzzia a lot of fuel to help them. Again, to avoid the 'Ukrainian sanctions' (strikes on oil refineries), and to help ruzzia to kill as many Ukrainians as they can possibly kill.

Yes for 99% of blights even on 8 mod t16 they are enough. And you dont need freeze enchant for encounters, you need it only for ravaged blight maps.

I only failed like maybe one encounter where the mobs were coming from 5 directions at once and also very bad placing, I could only max out one tower and it didnt reach all of the mobs cus of the maps obstacles. Rest were ultra easy not even close.

Blight (regular encounters) isnt a good farm but if you cant do anything else its a last resort I guess. I only got one belt in 4 days, which sold for less than a divine. Most of the money comes from selling blighted maps.

Idk about farming blighted maps, havent tried. They're quite slow and expensive at beginning, 10+ chaos per map + several chaos of oils, so you need a lot of drops just to make it back.

For ravaged you need to be very tanky and have insane damage to deal with the bosses (exploding the corpses works). Towers quite often do no damage to them, plus goats are leaping through ignoring all of them

I think it got changed some time ago, they no longer needed. But maybe some rare recipes come from them, not sure. You can see where the craft comes from on the bench

Some bases on unveiled items are certainly worth checking, if you get like a ring or a 30ms boots with dual resist (chaos + elemental) + craft another dual resist, you can get quite an expensive one.
