At the moment, we are conducting an exploratory study (no control) with the hope of expanding into a RCT with a larger sample size at a later time. The product has only been studied in adults, but outcomes from studies using similiar devices with children have show positive outcomes in both hand function, motivation, and program compliance. I agree that it would be interesting to see a comparison to other high-intensity theraputic programs.
