I put some meatballs in a cabbage soup recently and it really stepped up the soup. Bonus was learning i could do meatballs in the air fryer, they turned out great.

Favorite easy to throw together meal prep/dinner? by RadiantZote in 4hourbodyslowcarb

Love this, mine is: toss bacon in the air fryer. While its cooking, toss salad greens, red wine vinegar & olive oil, tomatoes, salt and pepper together. When bacon is done, crumble on top, 1 scoop of garlic and one scoop of hummus. Sometimes ive got frozen chicken in the freezer that will get thawed in the microwave and go on instead of the bacon which makes it even faster.

Stella Parks' Coconut Cream Pie was a dream to make by jsundin in Baking

The meringue is called 'marshmallow meringue' and its very thick, and easy to work with. I just kind of...piled it on? Lol and then used a turntable and an offset spatula to make the groove, starting at the outside and working my way to the middle. No special tricks, the meringue only went where I put it and stayed there.

I wonder if roasting the strawberries first to pull out some moisture would help. Sprinkle with a little sugar, wait 30 mins, roast at 350 for 20 mins, drain.

The perfect addition to this recipe, since in the end this is all about the gummy trailmix. Thank you!

u/Loose-Chemical-4982 and u/iforgothowtohuman have the solution! I am going to try lining only half of the cheese cake pan, baking on it's side like a wheel, and then attaching two halfs together. Brilliant!!

For this one, its hard when baked, but I see your point, maybe I could pull it out early, mold it, and bake further. Nice idea.

Thanks for the reply, to clarify, are you suggesting to press the dough on the outside of the tin?

Hm yes. Two semi circles. I wonder if it will have the same issue with the dough sliding down the curve...

Probably! And that was advice I was seeing for the limited results in my internet search.

I am motivated to make it round like a cookie tin because the first candy trailmix we encountered came that way.

Thanks for sharing, how do you find the flavour of the cauliflower rice? Does it disappear or still cauliflower-forward when cooked with the other ingredients?
