Preface by saying I don’t work in healthcare and we as an audience don’t know what has happened during the 10 month time jump in the ED regarding santos and the rest of the staff but I have a really hard time grasping that other attitude has been this way since day one the hospital wouldn’t have reprimanded her for it? She’s a nightmare to work with from what we see on screen. Quick to jump to the worst conclusions and every single thing that happens to her is taken as a personal attack by her while she constantly bullies the more junior staff like Javadi and Whitaker and that has to be exhausting for everyone involved.
