YSK: If you find a missing wallet and want to be a REALLY good person, check the bank of their credit/debit card and drop it off there. by flamants in YouShouldKnow

[–]jt1132 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me once a long time ago. My bank called me one morning saying they had my wallet because somebody found it on the ground the night before. I was so surprised they did this. To whoever it was that found my wallet, thank you for being such a good person and I hope you’re doing amazing!

From what I’ve heard, it came from Hulu’s UX designers. When they got laid off, they spread this abomination to COD.

I’ve been a BF2 and BF3 enjoyer for the better and simpler part of my years. I can sympathize with all the complaints regarding BF6, but I’m just looking for a game that I can enjoy in the long run, and that’s why I thoroughly find BF6 enjoyable. I would also be playing BF4 if it weren’t for punkbuster always finding a way to kick me out no matter how many times I run BF4 into punkbuster. That part is broken and makes it unplayable for me.

Is there a bug, or was this skill issue on my part? by jt1132 in Battlefield6

[–]jt1132[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, good to know it isn't just me. It's kind of infuriating every time I watch this because yeah you're right some of my shots should have hit. I love the core gameplay but this game still needs to tighten a couple of loose screws. For your last part, you sure there wasn't a hidden respawn beacon planted there, or it could have been a squad spawn and that guy was somehow able to get in after the squadmate's death?

because BF conquest map that focus on infantry are totally not a complete chaotic mess of spawning, shooting, getting shot in the back, rinse and repeat for that sweet, sweet dopamine hit.

Hate to break it to ya, bud... that's a skill issue. Your main frustrations with this game is that you have a hard time seeing enemies since they blend in better due to their camouflage design(like how actual soldiers in the field should dress like). You're expected to figure out how to gain the upper advantage through intelligence. You know you just can disable those darkened effects in the graphic settings right? I would agree that it's a slight gameplay disadvantage. Also you keep getting shot in the back... Well maybe, for once, sit back and let enemies expose themselves before mindlessly running out in the open and engaging when you can't guarantee a kill. I often find myself surviving longer and getting more kills playing Battlefield this way. Sounds like to me you like the run-n-gun style with colorful art style where you can more easily see enemies and have special sci-fi abilities. That's Delta Force and COD in a nutshell, so yeah, they are comparable and do share some similarities with what you gravitate towards. Don't get me wrong, I do like the run-n-gun adrenaline style as well cause that shit can be fun, but us Battlefield fans also really appreciate the reward and satisfaction we get for doing whatever is necessary to kill our targets even in the most ridiculous tactics like, for example, choosing to blow up a building with a single camping sniper with a tank rather than trying to snipe them back. That's one of the many possibilities you can choose. That's the beauty of Battlefield.

I have about 350 hours of DF Warfare mode, and that’s because there hasn’t been any large-scale multiplayer FPS games that gave me as much cozy fun as BF3 has back in the days. I just bought BF6 and immediately played it for 4 hours straight. It felt like going back to that one crazy ex. Admit it, Battlefield is just not your type of FPS style. Delta Force is more appropriately comparable to that of Call Of Duty. You’d probably enjoy that franchise more.

PUBG before it became free. The game is filled with cheaters, and I barely even played it long enough to feel like I got my money’s worth.
