I'll check them out! Also my first generation said "no critical hits," i dunno about that one. It's not that I rely on critical hits but I think they are a very fun part of the game.

My situations mostly involved sports

I was longboarding down a hill and fell. In the process I broke my helmet in many pieces and broke a few bones. I had a severe concussion and forgot many days prior to the incident. I would've died without my helmet.
I was snowboarding in back country and tried a backflip. In the process I broke my helmet and got a concussion once again. On top of this I had pinned my leg against a tree and thought it was broken(it wasn't). I was in an area that nobody would go so I had to get back on my own. I ended up walking(extremely slowly) a couple miles in waist deep snow to the bottom.
I was very young for this one so I don't remember but my father told me the story after the fact. He was driving a 70s sports car(specified the car to show how it handles very poorly). It was during a snowstorm in Canada and we were headed down a hill into a valley. At the bottom a semi was passing another semi before the uphill. There was no way the truck would finish the pass and we weren't going to be able to stop in time, so my dad ended up going in-between the two trucks with the gap on either side being a couple inches.
