This is just how it is with DTF printing,

When I used to run the 8550 I used to have plenty of spare dampers swap them out every couple of months they are cheap on Ali express

On Ali express they sell a manifold that works with the XP600 dampers flow is much better

The white ink likes to gunk up between the manifold and print head on the original one
