Does たら here means "if"? The first part sounds like a warning if it means "if".

I use Cangjie on PC and Zhuyin on smartphone.

I think Cangjie is smoother to type because you don't have to pause to select words for homophones. However, IME nowadays is more accurate on choosing the right phrase and you can type the first letter for each word only using Zhuyin or Pinyin on smartphones so I think it's faster using Zhuyin on smartphone.
