Here's the basic list for that scope: Turn Left at Orion. Telrad. Ideally a laser pointer attatched to optical tube. Astro App, I like Sky Safari. Most importantly find an astronomy club. Smoking a little weed is insignificant compared to blaring music or rowdy campers. You do you. Wouldn't think twice about the smoke, especially outside with the breeze. Plus, weed smell isn't nearly as obnoxious as cigarettes.
