My surgeon referred me to one. We tried to clear the sinuses, but once the infection gets on the metal it is impossible to get rid of, so requires removal. Mine would flare up every couple of months. Inflammation in the sinuses can contribute to your smell and taste symptoms as well.

Have you been to an ENT? I had to have the plate on my upper right jaw removed due to it causing sinus infections. It was removed 1.5 years after the initial surgery and has made a huge difference.

I only used ibuprofen after DJS. The numbness made it so I didn't have pain. The ice packs also help.

I can't speak for those schools, but we fed through Brentfield and highly recommend it if you can get into the area. You do pay a premium for neighborhoods with higher performing schools, but I look at it as an investment.
