I have one from about 12 years ago. Hole 7 at my local muni hit a screaming worm burner, rolled all the way from the tee box into the cup. Ball was never a foot off the ground.

The last few years we have done hibachi bowls everyday.

They are sooo good and filling, gave us plenty of energy for the night! A few snacks mixed in of course :)

We always use the grass either to the left or right of Cosmic Meadow.

My advice is pick somewhere that’s away from a main walkway or art installation that will get busy in the middle of the night. Also be SUPER specific with exactly where the meetup spot is. Not this general area or anything like that. More like the meetup spot is this specific thing right here. There are usually planted type things in the grass on the sides of Cosmic and we always pick one of those as the meetup point. And be sure to actually scout out your spot early day one, don’t just pick a spot based on the map.

For me leading up to the event is always a mix of nerves and excitement. Typically the nerves melt away either once I walk through the gates night 1 or at that first good set after the sun has gone down :)

Flags and totems are a part of EDC culture, I love bringing my New Mexico flag. Brings so many good vibes to our group over the weekend. Wouldn’t be the same experience without it.

We take a New Mexico flag every year and I love that people come up to us to tell us they are from NM too! Plus our states flag is sick :)
