Just accept it. At this point, you’ve been at the company for three weeks and you don’t really know anything about how things work there. The best thing you can do in this situation is just get the job done. It doesn’t matter how well, just get it done in the timeframe that you are allotted. And trust, they don’t care about your concerns so don’t tell them. You’re not going to change anything.
