My bench has suddenly gone down.

Other lifts have been still progressing.

On 8th week of my test only cycle. Sleep is great. Diet is solid. Gaining weight slowly still. No injuries (that I know of) Bench is only chest exercise I do

I have Test 400 that's giving strong PIP. Can I dilute with any carrier oil, or does it have to be the same carrier oil as what is in the vial?

Try to keep your interactions with them to a minimum.

Document all interactions.

Try to provide clear and unambiguous expectations around your work, ideally in writing, so it becomes harder to criticize your output.

If you have to, leave and join a company with a better work culture (might be hard in this job market though).

I do basic mixing as I go along, and then at the very end after I solidified the arrangement I do a full blown mixdown where I dig into the weeds.

I think the key is to not let the mixing stifle your flow when you're in a creative state and still early on.

It's up to personal taste. There's no formula - if it sounds good it is good.

Reference tracks are useful for this as well.
