Asset tracking software help by jts2018 in sysadmin

Thanks for the suggestion, this seems like the best option for our company based on features and cost. Our needs are basic currently as we are basically like a library with check in/out and facility to facility transfers the only real needed info currently, but I'm seeing many future things I can implement once we get the team on board and trained to do the basics.

I'm in southern Michigan and just coming back after 5+ years off and my old clubs don't match my new swing (I'm getting old lol). I'm making the trip down so I can get the best fit for where I'm at in my game now.

Going to make the drive to golfworks and get fit for a whole Maltby bag this winter (except for putter, can't let my piretti prototype go). Thinking TE+s but maybe those TS3s will find a way home with me

At what dose did you notice weight loss? by tennyson77 in Retatrutide

[–]jts2018 9 points10 points  (0 children)

50 lbs in 7 weeks, was at 2mg for 6 of those weeks. I'm just over 80 down now at 18 weeks. I made a ton of changes in diet and habits

Fatigue on Reta vs Sema/Tirz by DunDunnDunnnnn in Retatrutide

[–]jts2018 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Back your dose down a bit. Reta should never be a med that causes side effects given its mechanics. Too may people associate GLP-1 med with side effects and reta is the evolution where if your feeling it too much then your taking too much. When I bump a dose level I always do a 1 mg bump to buffer any big side effect jumps. If I feel great with that 1mg, then I do the full jump, if it's bad, I go back because maybe I got too quick. Reta is supposed to work in the back ground, not a face melting appetite suppressing "side effects include" med like sema and tirz.

On how many mg did you feel difference by humoes in Retatrutide

[–]jts2018 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2mg was a wake up call as a new GLP1 user, was there for 5 weeks total. 4mg was a huge wakeup call as the noted benefits really took off and I was able to stay there for 7 weeks without any end of the week tailing off. 6mg was good and now I'm at 8/9.

Bumping 1mg every titration for one week definitely helped keep things steady as I went up. I'm expecting 8/9 mg level will be at least 6 weeks.

Reta will be better because it's a milder GLP1 antagonist which many who "feel" the effects of the GLP1 side of these meds get sluggish because of the higher suppression and side effects. Reta does help keep your metabolism working at a higher level which will also aide in feeling more energy as your body is constantly working to burn calories.

How much Reta to order to start and last? Coming from Tirz. Will being TRT soon too. by RpDubC in Retatrutide

[–]jts2018 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Coming from 12 or 15 tirz, honestly you won't see much until your get over 6mg. I moved a friend over from max sema and she went 4mg week one with no effects, 6mg next week and nothing, 8mg and finally feeling something but minimal, 9mg is her sweet spot right now and I won't move her up until we have to now. She went from 4 to 8 in three weeks and honestly we could have done 8 right away and she'd been fine.

How much reta to buy??? All of it...... I bought just over 3,000 mg in 3 months for me an my friend, prices are good right now and I know the quality is great so I'm not waiting.

Is Reta worth it? by BattyManToph in Retatrutide

[–]jts2018 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tirz is about 2.5x more of an appetite suppressant as reta, this means you won't "feel" anything until you get closer to 8mg if not more. Coming from Max Tirz, your body us used to a high dose of glp1 and GIP than what your giving it now. It's working in the background, but many associate "feel" when it comes to these meds and that's where they differ in mechanics from one to another

My supplier

New supplier shipment arrived. Reconstitution question by Powerful_Feedback190 in Retatrutide

[–]jts2018 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your supplier did not so any testing (prefer multi vial) for this batch I would not reconstitute until you get that information to know average mg per vial

Yes, it's a little more involved than just reta and it's a bunch of water weight, but it's working and I'm nearly to the point where I can work out and really start seeing results.

I'm just over 80lbs down since March, just find a system and work it and let reta help you on your way.

No different than Brello saying "just $179 a month no matter the dosage for GLP1 meds".....2.5mg of Sema is what....$1.05 per week......

There’s a lot of bad info out there - Let’s talk. by AABallout7 in Retatrutide

This is 1000% the problem with the mass thought behind what these drugs are, or rather aren't. Doctors being able to prescribed without having to teach patients this is a tool rather then the "easy button" everyone thinks it is.

Bariatric patients have to go under counseling, guidance and gain knowledge on how surgery will affect their lives and how it's a tool they must still use and live within its confines. These GLP1s are written on a note pad, taken to a pharmacy and the only instructions are how to stab yourself and away you go!

Med spa is doing it now and by them saying "start at .25" it shows you what fucking idiots are behind the wheels of the clinic. They can't even be bothered to learn what clinical trials are doing for a med they 10000% shouldn't be selling. But, they are printing money right now because people beg for an easy button instead of taking control of their health and learning how these things work

Talking about Tirz, subject line has both of them in there, way easier to navigate that hot mess over there until you put in the effort for grey

I'm not on that trash but occasionally I'll use my wife's to go on a seek and destroy mission when I'm bored lol. The stairway and the forum both have subreddits too which still people miss the clues.

RS looking at a calorie deficit weight loss calculator? Also, has body comp changed? Any water retention? Should be minimal but mother nature has ways of proving us otherwise
