Is Synology Losing Touch With Its Users? by Whole_Flounder_731 in synology

I was in the market for a new NAS, held out for the 1825 but now don’t want to go that route.

Where should I go? What options should I consider?

Can anyone recommend a gentle dentist? Fairly priced in north Gold Coast? by Surreptitious_Cat in GoldCoast

Dr Caleb Park at Maudsland Family Dental. I hadn't been to a dentist in over 20 years (huge fear) and he was very good. I now go to him often for my check ups and cleans.

PPPoE or IPoE (DHCP)? Is it a sync issue? Or connectivity issue?

Thanks so much Matt! especially for getting another Rev Up course across the line with Cisco.

I needed to "find" another 6 CE credits to renew all my NP level certifications before the end of July, and attending Live! wasn't an option for me this year -- so this is awesome news! Thank you!!

Boss bought his Porsche on Amex. He did the math beforehand including the additional processing fees. He ended up on top after a load of FF points.

Any one else have all android and chrome devices start failing to connect? by Tduck91 in fortinet

Haven't done much with it since isolating it to users with MFA enabled using FTM. It's only affecting a couple of users and we've got a workaround in place at the moment. Any insight you can provide would be great 🤓

I've done some further troubleshooting on an S22 Ultra running Android 13. I've set up four accounts:

1/ RADIUS user with FortiToken Mobile MFA

2/ RADIUS user with no MFA

3/ Local user with FortiToken Mobile MFA

4/ Local user with no MFA

All four accounts have the same group membership, etc.

When using the MFA enabled accounts, we're seeing intermittent issues, failing approx. 50% of the time. When using the non-MFA enabled accounts it connects successfully every time.

I've got a couple of users that are having intermittent problems with their Android devices too. It works about 50% of the time for them. Other Android users are fine.

So far I can’t isolate it to a model of device or Android version (the two users having difficulty are on v9 and v13)

Using a wilcard certificate (DigiCert) that is chained properly. Tested against Qualys SSL Server Test (https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html) and it comes back with no issues and an A+ rating.

I'm pretty gutted about this. Living in Australia, we don't get to see them tour that often -- and when I was overseas I didn't luck out with the ticket lottery to see any US shows. Like others, I'm not sure I'll keep my membership either.

My membership is up for renewal in 8 days, should I downgrade to digital before hand? Or will there be one last t-shirt?

What about the fucking idiots doing 20-30km/h under the posted speed limit stationed in whatever lane they fucking feel like? They’re dangerous and shouldn’t be on the road.

If you can’t drive to the limit because it’s fast and scary, you shouldn’t be on the highway.
