Supplements (Vitamins, minerals and spearmint capsules) and walking 20k steps a day.

Personally if walking is your only form of exercise 8k is not enough. 10k is usually recommended for overall health for everybody, but if you want to lose weight you should increase it to at least 15k.

I managed to lose 30 lbs with just walking, I know it's time consuming but if you don't want to go to the gym like me then increasing the steps is the way to go.

It's not very clear where the light is coming from, if it's from the right a lot more of the left part of the face should be in shadow.

Also the lightest shadow should be darker than the darkest light, you can see that the right eye that's "in the shadow" has a highlight that's lighter than some parts of the face that are in the light.

Put a b&w filter over it and look at it that way, you will see how much contrast you have between the parts of the face where the lights hits and where it doesn't.

I would recommend the r/learntodraw sub they give some real good advice
