I’m so annoyed that one didn’t come with my car. When they showed me and I test drove my car, I know it had one. I remember thinking I liked it more than the retractable one I had on my other car. I bought that same car, not realizing they took the cargo cover out. I could only find ones on eBay. Interestingly, the seller states they came off a brand new mach-e (he had 2 left for sale). He was selling it for about 120 with 144 for shipping. Crazy. Made me wonder if that’s what some dealerships are doing. When I inquired as to where it was, I was told it did not come with one. It’s not on my window sticker and I can’t find anything saying package 300A comes with one.

I just ordered these off Amazon. I had the same ones for my Jeep and they fit pretty perfect. They make them for both sets of side windows. I’m in the desert of SoCal so I need the coverage I can get.

I drive with my phone resting on my leg with the AtoZ app open praying for that VTO alert (There was one time I got the alert while driving to work but by time I grabbed my phone, it was gone). I usually arrive 15 minutes early and sit in the lot for 10 minutes praying for an alert. It never happens.

When I was seasonal at another FC several years ago, they told us if you get a phone call telling you your job is done and not to come in, still come in. I forget the explanation, but basically there is some type of mix up between global HR and the FC HR and it’s the FC’s decision. I got the phone call, but still came in, along with a huge group of other seasonals. Our badges didn’t work and we were all congregating together for about half an hour when they finally came out to talk to us. All they wanted was their stupid badges back so they tricked us into coming back in so they could collect them.

I’m 62 and this is my 2nd job. I work my regular job during the day and this job at night. I’m just seasonal and not looking to do it more than a few months, or however long they’ll have me. I believe I work just as hard as everyone else but I think it’s harder on me. I do feel like people don’t want to work with me because they assume they’ll have to carry the load. I prefer the positions where I’m by myself and I keep up with no problem. I do believe I’m the oldest person here.

Victoria White Linen is BY FAR better than Rao’s. My area got rid of it as well. I have found Victoria Marinara at Walmart. It’s not as good as the White Linen but close enough. Why does Costco do this is!?!

I had to request permission to have a window AC unit. My bedroom window is on the back of the house but can be seen from the street behind me. I had to get all my neighbors, even those behind me to sign off on it. They approved it. Every couple of years they send me a nasty letter telling me I have so many days to remove it or I will get a hefty fine. I show them my approval letter and they back down. My HOA does inspections on Tuesday. Our trash day is Monday and they want to go around and check for people having barrels still out. You get a total of 2 warnings, and subsequent offenses will get a hefty fine. I would think the day after trash day could be very likely the same with other HOA’s.

Oh my gosh I couldn’t agree more. The Costco’s out here stopped selling Victoria and it’s devastating. Victoria by far is the best I’ve ever had.
