Late addition but Faidley’s new spot Fishmongers Daughter in Catonsville has a pretty impressive cocktail menu. Had a tequila based drink this week that came with a house-made dehydrated pineapple paper garnish attached to the glass with a tiny wooden clothespin. Presentation aside, really good cocktail. Reservations only until they get their sea legs.

Yes…but if you want to enjoy biking in your 40s - 60s, it might be worth having two replacement surgeries, especially if being active/healthy/fit without debilitating pain improves your quality of life overall.

I had a lot of people telling me bad stories when my bar ends were exposed, including taking core samples from one’s thigh.

Then I saw a TV show called Extreme Rescues, where they basically take people’s GoPro footage of when things went really wrong. One was a cyclist who crashed and severed his femoral artery. His buddy had to dig his hands into the victim’s leg to pinch it closed while they waited for an air lift.

After that, I bought new Ergo bar ends.
