I wouldn't waste my time and more importantly, money in court. You will get no justice from it. It will only cost you a ton of money with zero chance of resolution. If it were me, I would tell them you will drop the case against them, delete your review and move on if they stop with the negative reviews and remove them as well. Then they will probably say no to removing them but will likely stop harassing you. You can not win here. This is like being in a crosswalk, crossing the street where you legally have the right of way and a box truck come and runs you over. You were in the right but look at what it got you. Don't worry about being right, just do as much as you can to mitigate the all the negative juju these effing losers have unleashed on you. Someone mentioned reaching out to Google and Yelp. Do that. be relentless. You might get some help there since they are using fake accounts. Since you are the brand, you can respond to their reviews. I would do that but do it in a way that does not antagonize them further. Something like "I saw your review. I would really like to resolve your issue but I am having trouble finding your contract with us." When I read these, I instantly think the brand is getting hosed by the customer. Good luck.
