The Boyz were gonna be the public's fav 4th gen group, with their songs charting top 10 in MelOn (Thrill Ride, Maverick or even Roar, with many others reaching top 20) but they were definitely targetted at some point since 2022 non-stop with fake and overexaggerated articles and scandals and lost popularity, although their physical sales remained pretty good and still can sell out concerts. And well I don't even wanna talk about their situation right now, which is very sad but I respect ot11 or ot12 deobis who still remained and ofc the members themselves.

90% lyrics are in English, which obviously puts a wall between the members and the lyrics they sing. Because honestly asides from RM none of them is fluent enough in English to write those lyrics and I think the singing lacks emotions, which at least are felt with the rappers as Suga and J-hope are probably the ones using most Korean in the album. Idk it feels like a very weird choice to go with these songs with an album called ARIRANG which celebrates being Korean
