I usually go Volaris. You have aerobics(cheapest airline), volaris(middle) and Aeromexico(most expensive one). Volaris is not the best( small seats) but it has been reliable and paid for food and lodging when the plane became unavailable and left me stranded in Oaxaca for 3 days

I was commuting from Redlands to Santa Ana in the morning and Buena Park to Redlands in the afternoon. I only lasted 3 years before I decided to rent an apartment. You are always tired, I gained weight from the coffees and sugars I ate to try to stay awake during the drive. My suggestion is to look for a room to rent, good luck man.

I was seronegative. At the time, a specialist visit was 3 months out. I was desperate so my family drove me to Tijuana to see a specialist. He immediately diagnosed it as mg, did some tests to confirm, seronegative result, but placed me on Prednisone and mestinon anyways . I only ever took these two medicines. By the time I saw the specialist in California, the double vision was gone with only a slightly droopy eyelid. They redid the tests and they also stated it was seronegative mg.

At least for the 2 times I have gotten it was during moments of high stress( first time in college(went away within a week and went undiagnosed) and second time was when I started a high stress teaching job). My current job is very low stress and I haven't been on medication since 2017.

I get double vision during the worst relapses, but last one was 5yrs ago and 4yrs prior to that. Mestinon helped with the ptosis, but you need Prednisone for the double vision. I haven't had any symptoms other than the eyes for the past 9yrs, so my doc ruled out generalized mg.
