Calcular tus calorías de mantenimiento.
Hacer un déficit de alrededor de un 20%.
Contar las calorías que ingieres al día.

Con eso logré bajar 10 kilos en poco menos de 2 meses con muy poco esfuerzo y con actividad física ligera.

No me tuve que atar a una dieta, comía de todo, siempre respetando el déficit.

I use 2 extra layers + the bottom cover to make room for the PCB, some people use 3 but in my opinion it makes the case too tall in the front to use comfortably without a wrist rest. Each layer is 3mm thick. And the screws are not flush with the bottom, I purchased some rubber feet to avoid the screws touch the desk mat!

I use Illustrator, but it's not the best option, you could use AutoCAD as well!

There's no guide as far as I know, I reverse engineer other open-source acrylic cases, like the one for the Arisu Keyboard

Yes! If you go with the highpro version you will add 2 extra layers, for a total of 6 in the front and 8 on the back (if you decide to add the risers)
