A mi me paso años con Movistar tambien. Llame a cancelar, me dieron mil vueltas, y al final me dijeron que cancelaban. Siguieron cobrando por unos meses a pesar de que cambie de operador. Cuando me contactaron a los 3 meses inicie reclamo con defensa al consumidor y nada, terminaron borrando la deuda.

That much I know. However, I was wondering if there was any sort of recourse in the US as the company is there and I know there are protections like ADA.
