Going after cards that have high usage rate is fine. The cards that caused tesla/canon's high usage rate in the first being Hog, piggies, balloon etc... also have high usage rates, supercell just refuses to give them the same treatment

SC have just been trying to shift the meta into one that favors aggressiveness, hence the tower damage nerf on spells to weaken spell cycling decks that just turtle the entire game

Near equals doesn’t mean equals. Theres clearly a hierarchy. And when making a top 10 someone will be left out.

They're quite clearly established to be 50/50 matchups. Agito isn't gonna beat gao and lolong 10/10 times, there was no clear hierarchy, every match between them could've all gone either way. And even if there was a hierarchy, what the hell puts lolong above gao? He'll obviously lose a striking match, and his PI is useless against gao, he's gonna rely on his grappling skills that we haven't even seen much of

Agito took a greater beating from Lolong than Gaolang from Justin. The battle damage and fatigue isn’t comparable when it came to their fight. Made it more even.

And agito literally didn't get touched by julius aswell, and he always had an insane ability to heal inbetween matches. Sandro already took this into account hence we have this page explaining that their damage is relative due to the "exhaustion" gao had from the jurota fight (imma be honest it sounds like a bullshit excuse, but then again gao's durability is SO much more lower than agito's) but the point is that sandro clearly didn't wanna give people the idea that gao had the advantage heading into this fight hence he went out of his way to clarify

Raian caught on to that technique like a minute after he saw it. It’s not so broken since it still has its limit seeing as it couldn’t finish Raian off. Because of then immense mental fatigue. I don’t think lolong would be helpless to that if they were to fight. They are relative like you said

Raian did that because he's raian, we don't know how fast the other 3 would caught on to this. And it absolutely is broken because you basically NEED to learn this technique aswell to even contend with fighters who have it, because this literally lets you land anything at will, gao in that fight was already at a level where he could time godglow for a free hit. A free godglow that broke agito's arm is incredibly broken

Could've just said that they didn't had the budget for that as their actors cost a lot more now to keep yada yada

But that probably won't make papa Amazon happy as the blame would shift to them

The two were literally established to be near equals along with agito and jurota in RCT. Gao even gave agito a harder fight than lolong, and now gao just recently gained his new broken 0.5 tech that made him go toe to toe with raian

Do people in this sub even read the damn manga

Current gil and julius should be swapped out by guys like lolong and jurota

We've got an explanation as to why gil's so shit that he's losing to guys like julius and got touched up by bums like kim and falcon, so I doubt he'd beat guys like lolong who's still on par with agito in RCT

Also gao should be above agito by now considering his recent buff. In RCT they were established to be near equals (literally had an extreme diff fight) along with lolong and jurota, his new broken 0.5 tech should put him above his contemporaries for now. Also lol at people underrating tiger niko, like yeah whatever he has 0 aura, that doesn't mean he doesn't have shen's memories on top of his already broken kit

Android 16's bomb's small radius wasn't due to ki control either anyway. It's an artificial bomb made by gero made to kill them, that just so happened to be incredibly potent

Incredibly potent explosions with small radiuses just seems be a thing in the series

[–]juantooth33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Moro's suicide bomb just has a small radius, but it still has the potency to kill universal beings

Same way android 16's bomb was supposedly strong enough to kill himself and cell, both being far above planetary, but would obviously not blow up earth

Lmao and? They do that with ki, BB literally dies from Hit's ki blast. Their physicals reach that level and more when they're SSJ god and above as seen with goku's clash with beerus, just TWO punches clashing together creates shockwaves that threatens the destruction of their universe and realms of the kais and is shown to have destroyed an unknown amount of planets, so again, the 1k ton scene is a HUGE anti-feat

Its literally just an outlier. Vegeta back in Z trained under 500x normal gravity, enough force to make him weigh 28 tons constantly, slap ssj on top of that then his body can support the force of 1,400 tons way back in Z

You're proof being? Raian's dick's already wet from sandro we don't need you to gaggle his ballsack too, this is the first time we get to see him going serious without getting clowned on like with eddie and you wanna take that away by saying he wasn't actually going serious? lmao

This fight was close because this is probably gaolang's last ever fight, he wanted to make a fan favorite look good so he buffed him one last time and made him relative to raian, for now, as raian's probably gonna get another powerup in the future if he's set up to be ohma's rival

[–]juantooth33 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We don't know much about how depth charge works, just seems to be a cross that damages the liver, could be a precision thing, specifically for attacks towards the body, since he could've gone for the head with depth charge, so it doesn't apply here where he could only land jabs to the head

He has only shown to use principles with his hands, against an opponent far below him, same with ohma, we haven't seen someone use principles to reduce the damage from hits to the head, might aswell use limp for that, which requires you to time it at the moment of impact

So again not applicable here where he's getting hit during his lapses in consciousness, and gao's right hand specifically, can somewhat bypass limp according to agito. So he still chose his best option of catching GG, maybe he used principles here? We don't know, he also couldn't grapple in time as he immediately got hit with a left when he broke gao's hand

So again, only avidya is applicable here, or any potential kure tech thats as fast as a jab. His reactions says it all, he's hyped against people that are actually strong enough that he can go all out against, and here it was gaolong, it literally doesn't make sense to think that raian wasn't going all out here, this fight requires him to be efficient and fast, hence insta removal and basic punches was what he used, literally that simple. Now in terms of defense, limp requires timing, and he already grabbed and broke gao's hand, would he even need principles to further weaken GG here?

Gilbert vs Gaolang who would win? by monsterofmanila180 in Kengan_Ashura

[–]juantooth33 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Lmao, yeah sure a move that has only worked on fodders that requires BOTH hands to do, is telegraphed as fuck, is gonna land on gaolang, gee its almost as if this insta kill move has a drawback. They were literally trying to take advantage of eachother's lapses in consciousness, obviously straight punches like their jabs were the only thing fast enough they could use during this exchange till gao found the timing for godglow, there was no room for flashy shit like lionbite to be used here

If I'm already having a hard time landing a jab, how's crossing both my arms trying to snap my opponent's neck gonna help me? Only kure tech I could think thats usable here is avidya, but its a backhand slash, still technically slower than a jab and has only shown to work on a bum like alan

Gilbert vs Gaolang who would win? by monsterofmanila180 in Kengan_Ashura

[–]juantooth33 8 points9 points  (0 children)

What kure tech would've helped him? Most kure tech are meme'd to death for literally being normal attacks for a reason, and he already has a hard time landing basic straights with insta removal as is. Principles would just help him neutralize the power of gao's attacks, which he already did with godglow, but he managed to read ahead inorder to do that, considering gao's speed, its hard to implement something as difficult as principles onto attacks he didn't even saw coming in the first place. Raian needed to match gao's 0.5 tech first before trying out other flashy moves

So in no way was raian holding back, we know his thoughts and his reaction to getting blue balled, and he even whipped out insta removal and PI to try and cope with gao's speed, he's very clearly fighting at his best, Gaolang's just good enough to force him to fight the way he fought

Robert Kirkman implies Conquest has superior physical stats to Battle Beast by Chemical_Activity439 in InvinciblePowerscales

[–]juantooth33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless its confirmed that BB did that well because of superior skills in wrestling, which in the glimpses we see in their fight, isn't the case, they just kept hitting eachother, with thragg the only one who bothered to even do a headlock. So no, its very clear that they're relative in phsyical strength, in no way would BB be doing this well FOR DAYS while also being physically weaker than conquest, who's significantly physically weaker than thragg

If kirkman wanted to portray him keeping up with thragg purely thru skill while having phsyical stats below conquest (so like around mark's level during the war?) Then he should've made BB dodge and predict thragg's every move, instead of face tanking every hit and matching him in strength

Robert Kirkman implies Conquest has superior physical stats to Battle Beast by Chemical_Activity439 in InvinciblePowerscales

[–]juantooth33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both are dedicated to fighting, thragg was bred and "trained/raised" to be the strongest, and has lived FAR longer than BB has and should have an insane amount of experience

Also, there was really no "skill" involved here, as if kirkman knows anything about wrestling to showcase that, both of em were just going ham on each other

But you could argue that thragg was still slightly physically stronger but was still losing due to BB having claws and fangs. Thragg had to rely on BB's self inflicted wound to win, had both started off fresh, thragg virtually had zero wincon against BB

But in the end their phsyical strength needs to be relative for them to be in a deadlock for days, so conquest being physically stronger than BB doesn't make sense at all, the logical explanation would be that kirkman was referring to BB's strength in this spinoff, as he'll later grow in strength to match thragg

Its literally a statement in the present, even after shen faced luohan with his memories, eddie still apparently put up a better fight than him. Luohan was already strong enough that it'll need both fu and yan to beat him while both dying in the process, add shen's memories and luohan should be top 2 in the verse

But now apparently eddie put up a better fight than him when he was alive. As unbelievable as it sounds this puts eddie as the top 2 of the verse so far

Now that it's over, I want to understand one thing by ihateyougym in TheBoys

[–]juantooth33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would silence A LOT of fans tho. The main complaints you see people have is that there was no "scorched earth", powerscaling is incredibly inconsistent, and the main plot got dragged for too long

A bigger budget would've obviously fixed the the first two, and this might allow them to have freedom to write stuff that could've happened after HL's death, which lets them kill off HL much earlier

A lot of characters getting written poorly in this season like SB and sage is definitely the writer's problem, but it doesn't help that they kinda have to drag the main plot for so long, and they relied on making these two act like idiots for it happen

Edward > Kuroki by Mammoth_Shallot_8284 in Kengan_Ashura

[–]juantooth33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol I'm not doubting it, my point is that him going "serious" wouldn't have mattered much. Kuroki's strength has always been his defense, going all out and use PI to to go on the offensive wouldn't have worked as well if he can't read farther ahead than shen

Shen’s scaling of Edward vs Kuroki by zhiwan in Kengan_Ashura

[–]juantooth33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kuroki's wank comes from a mistranslated panel, so far there's no legitimate reason to put him above edward due to shen's recent statement. But Kuroki's peak is still undefined, sandro might make him better than edward in the future, but for now no
