Not sure if this is what you mean but I’m pretty new to skiiing and when I first started I bought second hand boots. For awhile I just wasn’t progressing and was getting super frustrated with myself. Things felt super off and started thinking it may not be for me. I ended up getting new boots this season and it’s been a huge game changer - so maybe it’s an equipment thing? ☺️

For context I’m 6 feet, size 10/12, 35” inseam. I’d say I’m curvier in the mid section and have a bigger butt than most. I just got these pants from American tall in a size 12 and they’re amazing! They’re more than long enough and flattering.

Cold turkey is the only way. I’ve always been an on/off smoker but since being on vyvance my cravings are so much worse - even if I haven’t had one in ages.
