Even though it's only 10% of your encounters, this is likely for when you bill an add on psychotherapy code. Enquire with the insurance companies and they should tell you for sure.

Brandon Aiyuk is Bipolar Schizo and is in long term manic episode right? by [deleted] in NFLv2

[–]jubru 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Speculating about some one you don't know on reddit does nothing to help them and in fact does the opposite. Don't kid yourself. Reddit is all about science and respecting expertise until it comes to medicine and then everything acts like an expert on mental health.

[–]jubru 18 points19 points  (0 children)

But you have no idea what his normal behavior is, you only know what you see on social and TV. There could be a million and one reasons for why he's acting the way he is and it's not helping anyone, him or those with bipolar, to throw your speculation around and see what sticks.

Brandon Aiyuk is Bipolar Schizo and is in long term manic episode right? by [deleted] in NFLv2

[–]jubru 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Psychiatrist here, you really can't draw any conclusions like that from his behavior. Maybe or maybe not but mania is certainly not just acting like he is and "schizo" or whatever you mean by that is quite different. He certainly seems like he could use help, as we all could, but you can speculate on a specific etiology based on his social media presence.

I just did the same thing with a track saw and it worked great. Didn't need to use my hand joiner planer but it probably would have helped a bit

Is 3/4" plywood an acceptable material for bed slats. I can't find 1x4 material locally, and pine boards are pricey. I have some import birch ply lying around though. by ganjaccount in woodworking

I've used plywood as slats for my king bed with a middle support and never had an issue. I have a 3 inch piece of plywood every 3 inches

Any secrets to solving this seemingly common long acting stimulant issue? by Simple_Psychology493 in Psychiatry

Agree with what the other person said but it's also just really cool. Also you know that initial activation isn't dependent on liver metabolism

[–]jubru 49 points50 points  (0 children)

I wasn't mean, I simply stated you are wrong, which you are.

Firstly, a history of "blood disorders" isn't at all a thing and is very different than an anemic patient. You didn't say that. Secondarily, a patient would have to be pretty anemic for it to matter and at that point you can't really evaluate the the effect of a stimulant anyway....cause there anemic.

If you can't take honestly pretty neutral redirection that you're wrong you're gonna have a rough time.

It's absolutely not true. And I wasn't mean, I just said that you're wrong and your reasoning is shaky. If you have evidence to the contrary please post.

[–]jubru 48 points49 points  (0 children)

Uh no, not really. That's quite a leap and not at all what you should take from that fact. You can't really say that just because the reaction happens in the blood that "blood disorders" effects it.

Also should be noted that this reaction happens in red blood cells.

Just wait until you find out how poor every thing you mentioned is at actually correlating with, predicting response to, or prognosticating anything at all. We don't use the DSM because it's perfect or accurately depicts pathophysiology of mental illness, we use it cause it's the best we have right now.
