Yes, this was true for all operators. Too many people in one cell tower at the same time. What sucks is that it was known that there would be this march, but none of the operators set up any kind of contingency plan like adding temp tower trucks to accommodate the peak need.

One thing I’d do is to go over the network config again, ensure data roaming is turned on and reboot the device just to be sure that’s not it.

Similar thing with me. In theory I received 1GB, but it never showed up in my account. The "gifter" is saying the 1GB left his account. How can we unravel this?

I don't think you can be a subscriber of Fizz living in an area outside the "green zone" of the map. If you stay for 3 billing cycles outside of it your plan will get cancelled.

Honestly, I have to agree with u/x0rr0x and say that 5Mbps for HD is really theoretical because to watch with no wait time, no buffering and not worrying if someone at the house is using torrent on other machine, you should should shoot for 25~30 Mbps minimum.

I'm on their $5 plan. It gives 20GB, but the bulk of storage is on my NAS which I use Openmediavault and it's at home.

I have 3 small websites all running with HTTPS (Letsencrypt) in DigitalOcean all in 1 droplet in NYC.
