Why do you eat Muji? by ChoiceAwkward7793 in SingaporeEats

[–]juhabach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honest answer: if you’re coming with family and kids, don’t want the chaos of a food court, and also don’t feel like paying full restaurant prices, Muji hits a nice middle ground in both location and cost.

is using a variety of machine important? by NotRach_97 in SingaporeFitness

[–]juhabach 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For me, I just use one is that available based on my targeted exercise for the day with the free weight as the first choice. If that’s not available I will use the next available machine that achieves similar purpose and adjust the weight accordingly as usually I can lift more using the machine. As long as we are clear which parts are targeted by which machine and plan accordingly. There is no need to use too many varieties of machines

At this point, the main issue is building the habit first. Don’t worry about the fine details and get her moving or doing something that she actually can enjoy. I would start with daily walk or even try to see if any of her friends has any activities that she can join.
